Description
The duties include:
- Managing and reconciling sales ledger, purchase ledger and bank accounts
- Maintaining nominal ledger and posting journals as necessary
- Submission of VAT returns, familiarity with VAT compliance requirements
- Good working knowledge of Sage
- Using Sage to generate accurate P&L and balance sheet
- Assisting in managing cash flow
- Familiarity with foreign exchange and import/export is preferable
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar role – Essential
- Be able to work autonomously – Essential
- Have used finance system Sage – Desirable
- Be highly organised and a strong communicator – Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay up to £45,000 + Parking + Pension + Private medical
