Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Exeter

Our client is looking to bolster their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team by recruiting a senior Property Litigation Lawyer to join them in their Exeter office.

Our client is a dynamic and successful Devon-based multi office practice which has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years.

The firm work closely with private individuals and businesses to provide effective tailored advice across a range of legal sectors.

They are currently looking for a talented general litigator who has experience of managing a mixed case load of property litigation matters. Within this role, your case load would include Residential Landlord and Tenant, Contract disputes, Commercial Disputes and Property disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and strong experience in Property Litigation with the ability to work independently and efficiently whilst supervising more junior fee-earners.
