My client is a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm renowned for their legal expertise across various sectors, as well as their highly collegiate culture and excellent training and development initiatives. They are currently seeking a junior-to-mid-level solicitor for their market-leading private client disputes team.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Tackling a variety of work including will disputes, inheritance act claims, trust disputes and more.
- Advise a range of clients from private individuals to trustees and trust companies, executors, deputies across multiple jurisdictions and charities.
- Working on your own files whilst also assisting senior team members.
- Delivering exceptional client service.
As a private client disputes lawyer in this team, you will find a rare balance of outstanding clients and caseloads whilst working within a firm that are recognised for their inclusive culture and friendly work environment.
