Real Estate Finance Solicitor – Bristol or Bath
Excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Real Estate team.
This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a large FTSE listed company. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of Real Estate law and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate finance; where you have experience acting on behalf of the lender and the borrower as well as specific experience of financing matters with skills to support a varied client base of; institutional, alternative and private lenders as well as corporate and private borrowers.
Whilst this role is based in the firms Bristol or Bath office you will be able to work between home and the office and there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the Real Estate Team.
